The Foundation provided financial support to the KLAPS – ART Artistic Management Agency from Cracow for organising the “Wawel Dragon” theatre performance.  The performance took place on November 4, 2009 at the Institute of Mother and Child in Warsaw and featured children from the Paediatrics and Neurology Ward.

The “Wawel Dragon” performance provided these young patients with entertainment and fun, as well as being a lesson in culture and education.

Apart from bringing joy to children, organising such events in hospitals has a favourable impact on their therapy and recovery. In this way a hospital can become a place that we associate with a welcoming attitude to children despite their illnesses, rather than as somewhere associated with unpleasant and painful treatments.
